He emphasized that while continuing with traditional products, the company should actively develop new products, delve into segmented markets, build strong core competencies, and follow the path of specialized, refined, and innovative development. He encouraged the company to speed up progress, commence production soon, and contribute to the city's economic growth.

He pointed out that Pengchang Town is the leading town in Xiantao, with the non-woven fabric industry being the city's primary industrial sector. He called for a higher stance to recognize the broader trend, solidify measures to strengthen services, and highlight functionality to play a role. With the spirit of "putting in ten times the effort,"the town should drive economic quality improvements and reasonable growth in quantity, genuinely taking practical steps and leading the way.
Sun Daojun emphasized focusing on core industries and pioneering reforms. The industrial sector should concentrate on "a piece of fabric," working on "three upgrades,"the construction of four bases and two centers, and enhancing the efficiency of the industrial park. By adhering to a tailored approach for each enterprise, efforts should be made to address supply and demand gaps using the "fly-weave chain" concept to strengthen, supplement, and extend the supply chain, and to seize the high ground of high-quality development. The agricultural sector should focus on "a piece of land," leveraging institutional, locational, industrial, and cultural advantages to promote eel farming and seed production, ensuring food security, and advancing steadily.
To improve quality and efficiency, the town must aim to set examples and strengthen benchmark awareness, targeting the development goal of becoming"Hubei's No. 1 Town."With an elevated vision, it should strive to be a pioneer and leader, aiming for the top position. The town should unite and summarize its experience, leading the way in synchronized development across four areas.
